A Novel Training to Improve Self-regulation and Promote Prosocial Behavior

The capacity for self-regulation is fundamental to success in school, work, and relationships, and to serve society. Understanding and improving this capacity is a challenging and important scientific question. Using behavioral, physiological, and neuroimaging methods, we here report short-term Integrative Body-Mind Training improves self-regulation and promotes prosocial behavior.
