| The Department of Psychology at Eastern Connecticut State University invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor. Strong candidates will have a commitment to teaching excellence and collaboration within a liberal arts environment, scholarship, student advisement, and sensitivity to diverse populations.
This position requires teaching courses such as Principles of Learning, Learning Theories and Issues, Applied Behavior Analysis, Research Methods, Psychology of Childhood, and other courses in the applicant’s specialty area. Prior teaching experience in these areas is desired. Additional consideration will be given to candidates who have attained, or are in the process of attaining, his/her Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA). In addition to teaching, applicants will supervise student research and internships, conduct research in their specialty, and contribute to the service needs of the department and university. Space for research is limited to human subjects only.
