The University of Oregon Psychology Department invites applications for an endowed professorship in Clinical Psychology at the Full Professor or advanced Associate Professor level. Areas of interest include adult psychopathology, developmental neurobiology, neuroimaging, prevention, intervention, and implementation science, or a combination of these areas. Candidates whose research programs can complement the Department's current work in intervention, prevention or dissemination science, minority health and mental health disparities, multicultural contexts, infant and child mental health, or any combination of these topics are especially encouraged to apply. We are seeking active researchers who demonstrate excellence in research and teaching and who integrate clinical work and training with an ongoing program of research. The UO Psychology Department has a commitment to cultural diversity and encourages women and minorities to apply. Support for diverse students and attention to diversity in their clinical training is also important. Eligibility for licensure in the State of Oregon is preferred. The clinical psychology program comprises a research-oriented faculty with broad interests in psychology as a clinical science. The program is accredited by the American Psychological Association and is a charter member of the Academy of Psychological Clinical Science. Candidates must hold a PhD in Psychology at the time of appointment and are expected to teach at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
