| West Chester University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in health psychology at the assistant professor level. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in psychology, an active program of research in health psychology, and a willingness to mentor students in research. Preference will be given to candidates with research involving an adult population. International research partnerships and/or cross cultural interests are also desirable. In addition, candidates must express a commitment to teaching courses in health psychology, aging, and undergraduate core courses. Candidates selected for on-campus interviews will present a colloquium to demonstrate teaching and research excellence. We are especially interested in recruiting faculty from under-represented groups. The Department of Psychology is composed of 21 full-time faculty and serves approximately 800 undergraduate majors and 100 master’s degree students.
