| Central Connecticut State University’s Psychological Science Department invites applications for a full-time tenure-track position beginning Fall 2012. Preference will be given to candidates who specialize in aging and health or geropsychology. Candidates are expected to be committed to multiculturalism and working with a diverse student body. Required Qualifications: Ph.D. in Psychology or a related field by the date of appointment with a focus on aging; evidence of effective university-level teaching; evidence of active research (e.g., publications and presentations at professional conferences); and, a programmatic research plan. Preferred Qualifications: specialization in aging and health or geropsychology; demonstrated ability to engage students in research and/or fieldwork related to adult development and aging.
