| Gustavus Adolphus College announces a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the Department of Psychological Science to begin September 1, 2013.
We seek candidates with an earned doctorate (will consider ABD) in psychology or neuroscience with any specialization in biopsychology or behavioral neuroscience. Demonstrated excellence in teaching, advising, and collaborative research with undergraduates is essential. Previous academic experience with diverse populations is highly desirable.
Teaching opportunities include introductory neuroscience, an upper level seminar and laboratory course in the candidate’s specialty area, as well as core courses such as, General Psychology, Statistics, or Psychological Research Methods.
The Department is housed in a new building (https://gustavus.edu/projects/beckhall/) with animal facilities and dedicated lab space for teaching and research.
