| The Virginia Military Institute Department of Psychology invites applications for a tenure track position in psychology. The area of specialization is open, but the candidate must be able to teach courses in research methods and statistics, and in their area of specialization. A Ph.D. in psychology is required even though strong ABD’s may be considered. Normal teaching load is 9 hours per semester in a small, collegial department. Prior military experience is not required for this position. Performance will be measured based on: teaching, scholarly engagement, professional citizenship, and cadet development.
