| OPEN RANK FACULTY POSITION in PSYCHOLOGY – THE UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN – MILWAUKEE. The Department of Psychology at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in experimental psychology, with a preference for background in applied behavior analysis. Applicants must have PhD or ABD (PhD completion by August 2014) in Psychology or comparable discipline. Preference will be given to applicants with strong potential for extramural funding, demonstrated research productivity, interest in translational research, excellence in graduate and undergraduate teaching, the potential to collaborate with other behaviorally oriented colleagues, training in Applied Behavior Analysis, certification or eligibility for certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and ability to supervise graduate student research and practicum. Teaching interests should include experimental/applied analysis of behavior, research methods, and/or an undergraduate or graduate course in the candidate’s specialty area as needed to contribute to behavior analysis accreditation and BACB certification requirements. Preferred research interests include autism, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, impulse control disorders, ADHD, early intensive behavioral interventions, or substance abuse conditions. Successful candidates will be expected to teach and perform service according to their faculty rank.
