Evaluation and Applied Research Methods Position

We are seeking an exceptional scholar whose research and teaching contribute to our Evaluation and Research Methods concentration. The Division of Behavioral and Organizational Sciences (DBOS) at Claremont Graduate University has graduate programs in Positive Developmental and Organizational Psychology, Social Psychology, and Cognitive Psychology, as well as in Organizational Behavior, Health Behavior, Human Resource Design, and Evaluation and Applied Research Methods. The candidate’s research and teaching should contribute to evaluation and applied research methods, and ideally relate to one or more of the other graduate programs as well.

This is a tenure-track graduate faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. Candidates should have completed the Ph.D., demonstrate a strong record of or potential for research publications, have a history of or potential for extramural funding, and possess outstanding teaching and mentoring skills. Candidates also should possess a strong background in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods. The successful candidate will be expected to supervise graduate student research and to teach courses in our M.A. and Ph.D. programs. The successful candidate also will demonstrate experience and/or capacity for advising a diverse student body.
